I need a contingency/partial contingency/flat fee based lawyer to take a claim I am filing against an Online Database that is infringing upon my domain name. I also need a lawyer for a separate case against a Two Law firms and a search engine giant that keeps utilizing my past civil case in Google’s search results. The Internet Law Firm agreed to include a robot exclusion protocol on Google docs and now has refused to keep their end of the bargain. I would like to sue them for Trademark Infringement, Breach of Contract, Strict Liability, Tortuous Interference with Business Relations, and civil actions. I also would like to bring in a second defendant into the case (another law firm) who transferred my case to a federal court which led to the trademark infringement. Can you help?
