Are you in need of an excellent legal researcher and writer to write a brief for you? If you are a busy attorney who needs to pharm out brief writing, appellate writing, or law and motion work, I am perfect for you!
I am an attorney based in San Diego. I have a vast amount of legal research and writing experience. I have written appellate briefs, trial briefs, motions in limine, legal articles, etc. I worked for a justice in the Fourth District Court of Appeal and worked on two opinions, one of which is published. In addition, I will be clerking for a federal judge here in the Southern District of California next year, and am looking for work until then. I am particularly interested in persuasive appellate brief writing, but I am open to doing any sort of trial work, research, or writing.
I charge $ 50/hour for basic brief writing, and more for complex brief writing or complicated projects. I also have my own Westlaw and Lexis accounts for faster legal research. Please check out my linkedin profile to learn more about me: linkedin.com/in/elizabethatkins.
