YOUR BUSINESS IS TOO IMPORTANT
Your business is too important to get the wrong legal advice. I am a solo practitioner whose law practice focuses on business and commercial matters. I strive to deeply understand my clients’ business models and strategies in order to give the best and most practical legal advice. I represent business owners, shareholders, non-profits, and individuals in business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, corporate governance, employment, and land use. I also help with developing business strategies and structures (i.e. incorporation, limited liability company, or partnership), and protecting intellectual property assets such as copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. I have experience in various federal, state and local regulatory matters involving licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, I was a member of the City of Philadelphia Zoning Code Commission which drafted the City’s new zoning code. I also represent clients in commercial litigation involving business, corporate and contract disputes and employment matters. My main office is in center city Philadelphia. I have seven locations in the five county greater Philadelphia region. I also meet with clients at their locations. Glenn C.
