*Cost for the following services is a rate of $ 375. This is for my services for the first two hours. Some cases can be resolved within 2 hours, some are more complicated and take longer. My fee after the initial two hours is $ 200.00 per hour.
I can also perform services in other Florida Counties, however there will be a surcharge based upon distance.

(2) Preparation/service of Three-Day Notice to Pay or Quit or Seven-Day Notice for Lease Violation
(3) Preparation of Complaint for Possession
(4) Preparation of Five-Day and/or Twenty-Day Summons
(5) Preparation of Motion for Clerk’s Default
(6) Preparation of Motion for Default Final Judgment
(7) Preparation of Affidavit of Non-Military Service
(8) Preparation of Final Judgment
(9) Preparation of Writ of Possession
This also covers all additional expenses for mailing / notice of hearings / correspondence.
Costs not covered are listed below:
This does not include the court fees and process server fees, which are typically $ 235.00 for one defendant and $ 280.00 for two defendants or the Sheriff’s Writ of Possession fee for $ 90.00. For one defendant, the retainer is $ 700.00 and if there are no outstanding circumstances, that will be the total for my services and the costs. Please ask about separating the retainer into two payments for your convenience.
