license info: Esq., admitted in NY, NJ, SDNY, EDNY, Third Circuit, Second Circuit
I am a Harvard and Yale educated attorney with eight years of experience litigating complex federal and state cases. I spent two years working for a federal judge in Manhattan, so I have a keen sense of what resonates with judges and what doesn’t. I can help with:
*Legal research and writing
*Power of Attorney
*Any other miscellaneous issues you might require legal assistance with
My credentials include:
*A B.A. from Harvard and a law degree from Yale
*A federal clerkship
*Argued multiple cases in federal appellate and state supreme courts.
*Extensive experience working on cases including civil rights, securities, breach of contract, employment discrimination, Freedom of Information Act, and trusts and estates.
*Multiple publications including articles in the Washington Quarterly and the Yale Law Journal.
**Happy to send my CV, proof of identity, and examples of prior work product on request*
My rates range from $ 175/hr – $ 300/hr, depending on the kind of work you need.
WHY WOULD AN EXPERIENCED HARVARD/YALE-EDUCATED ATTORNEY CHARGE SO FAR BELOW MARKET RATE?? I work as a litigator and I do Craiglist projects on the side. That means: 1) I have free, unlimited access to legal databases that attorneys normally charge an arm and a leg to search; and 2) I don’t have to pass on overhead or staffing costs to the client.
