I am currently a landlord and know firsthand the frustrations of having tenant not pay rent and destroying property. If I can be of any assistant, please let me know. $ 200 plus filing fee flat fee for eviction this includes follow up to make sure the tenants are out by the court appointed date and if necessary sheriff notification to enforce the compliance with court order. After Eviction if there is damages or security deposit which is contested, then the Damage hearing is only $ 75.00 and any proceeding supplement hearing to recover damages are also just $ 75.00 per hearing. My firm charges a $ 50 background fee for information on a potential tenant to better inform landlord in making a decision to accept a potential tenant.
