Seeking Attorney that can take my notes and can draft ‘Intent to File Suit’ against a Town in CT.
I prefere an Attorney that will be able to lidigate if needed with a backgorund in the following issues:
1) RICO Act
2) Toutuous Interference.
3) Title work ( minamal).
4) Civil Rights violations.
5) Federal EPA laws broken by town that could affect hundreds of citizens lives.
This is a case that I have built up over a 5 year period where we hve a 1st Selectman that has through the many town agencies has interefered with the development of a Real Estate project within CT.
