Private party with previous legal experience (not in Texas, not practicing) is filing a civil action for private nuisance in Williamson County.
I will draft all legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, trial pleadings. You will help with application of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Local Rules and help file the documents.
I am not asking for legal advice. I do not want you to practice law without a license. If you are an attorney, then I may ask for legal advice and will expect to pay for it.
