I have a civil law that has survived motions to dismiss in federal court.
I feel like if there is a lawyer with a couple balls in this state should be able to get a good chunk of money.
the suit is against the county on rensselear and the city of Troy, for malicious prosecution, false arrest, false imprisonment, failure to train and supervise, etc….
I was found innocent 12 times in a row, never pleaded.
I have won several of them as “facially insuficient” which according to federal case law stablishes prima facie that malice was involved (the most dificult part to prove).
I have been also threaten to be killed by a court officer inside the court building, terrorizes by police at my house (neighbors witness) in the middle of the night and a long etc….
Lets see if there is a lawyer who can do something more than walk into a court to offer you the same deal you would get if you walk in alone.
Any honest lawyer out there? willing to fight for my (ours) civil rights?
